Many people today feel that homeownership is beyond their reach. The staff at B & D Training Services, Inc can show you how you can transform your dream of homeownership into a reality. B & D Training works with you through every step of the homeownership process. B & D offers pre purchase counseling, budgeting, community lending, savings, money debt management, financial literacy, home maintenance training and post purchase counseling.
Our trained specialists can help you address any credit problems that you may have and help you develop a personal budget to ensure that the cost of homeownership will be affordable to you. Our specialists will be available to answer questinos and assist you with your financial planning both before the actual purchase and after you become a homeowner.
Your counselor will meet with you in order to discuss a specific timeline that can be used to meet the goals that will be included in the individual homeownership plan that is designed specifically to meet your needs and goals.
Once a action plan is developed the counselor will work with you to achieve all of the stated goals. Once all of the goals are achieved, the counselor will refer you to a financial institution for mortgage financing.
B & D Training has partnerships with several organizations that will find the right program for you. This may include possible down payment assistance, possible credit repair funds, closing cost assistance, IDA savings accounts, Section 8 Homeownership programs and programs for the disabled, etc.
